George Fossett is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor with Unlimited, Unclassified status, license # 39749. George has over 50 years of experience in the construction industry in both the Residential and Commercial areas. He is the author of a textbook on blueprint reading and estimating and is an instructor for licensing, blueprint reading and estimating classes at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC. George is also a Certified Master Trainer and Construction Specifications Institute Construction Document Technologist. Scott Query is President of SQ Construction, Inc., in Matthews, NC, which holds a North Carolina General Contractor's license #65542 with the Building and Highway classifications. SQ Construction, Inc. also holds a South Carolina BD2 Commercial General Contractor License #G115624. Scott is a Certified Remodeler with the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI), Accredited LEED Green Associate with Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) and certified Building Analyst through the Building Performance Institute (BPI). He has over 24 years experience, specializing in residential construction and commercial construction. He has a solid construction background with practical field experience in many trades as well as vendor management and procurement, personnel management, estimating, bidding, design and customer relations. He is also an accomplished speaker and instructor, teaches construction-related courses at South Piedmont Community College in Monroe, NC, as well as The Construction Institute's Residential and Highway Seminars. Mark Griffin is the Chief Electrical Inspector for Union County, NC. He has over 12 years experience as an Electrical Inspector, and is a recognized expert in his field. Mark holds an Unlimited Electrical License, as well as, a General Contractor License, Building Classification; Electrical Inspector Level III; Mechanical Inspector Level III; Building Inspector Level I, and Plumbing Inspector Level III. He is certified by the NC Board of Examiners for Electrical Contractors as a Continuing Education Instructor, and by the NC Code Officials Qualification Board as a Continuing Education Instructor for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Building Inspectors. He is an Instructor at Davidson Community College teaching Standard Code Enforcement Courses, and has been certified to do so by the NC Code Officials Qualification Board. Mark was an Electrical Instructor for South Piedmont Community College from 1999 to 2006, and has been teaching the exam prep. course for the NC Electrical Contractor Exam since 2001.
