This course will review the requirements of the NC Residential Building Code for fireblocking which is typically one of the top 5 defects found in wood frame construction. Where and when fireblocking is required as well as what is the difference between fireblocking and firestopping or protection vs. rating. This will be taught online in the zoom classroom.
