About the event
This 4hr Saturday session will cover the best practices for assuring a passing code inspection as well as review of the top defects found in residential construction based upon the type of inspection being requested. Review of top defects will assist the student in understanding the NC code and what to look out for in order to keep a project moving and code compliant.

NCRBC Inspection Best Practices and Top Defects. This course is developed to assist contractors/permit holders with successfully passing require code inspections per section 107 of the NCACP. In addition the top defects found in residential construction by inspection type will be reviewed in order to reduce failure rates leading to increased production times.
