OBX Special CE Event for GC's & CEO in Duck, NC

2024 Continue Education Class for General Contractors and Code Officials

This is an 8-hour CE class which will fulfill your annual GC license renewal for calendar year 2025. Code Official the first 6 hours will also qualify your for dual credit and 6hrs of Standard Building NCCOQB certification credit (CS#4981 & CS#4673). Upon successful completion of our 8-hour session, credits will be uploaded to the appropriate boards for CE credit and certificates of attendance provided.  Please provide an accurate email when registering and you will be asked for your qualifier # during the registration process. For code officials you will also need to enter your CEO # with OSFM for building certificate credit. 

Class Schedule:

7:30 am: Doors open (note checkin will be at 9am first break)

8am to 12 pm:  Elective CE training on the 2024 NC Code Significant Changes and Defects

12 pm to 1 pm:  Lunch Break (Lunch provided)

1 pm to 3 pm:  Elective CE training on the 2024 NC Code Significant Changes and Defects

3 pm to 5 pm:  NCLBGC Mandatory Course

* There will be 10-minute breaks at the end of every hour of course instruction

Class will beginning promptly at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm. This includes 10-minute breaks every hour and a one-hour lunch break from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Attendees must be present in class during all instruction periods to receive CE credit.

If attendance requirement is not met, credits will not be issued, and no refunds will be given.  We will submit your credits to the NCLBGC upon successful completion of the class within 5 business days.  Please review our cancellation/refund policy for further information.  If you have any questions, issues or wish to get a refund, contact the event host.
