Class Description

Course will be delivered through a virtual learning platform with Zoom Meetings. You will be emailed login instructions and class documents to print prior to the date of class. Course Includes: 1 - Approved course CS4517: 1 hour (building) LRI's (Live Remote Inspections) & Inspection Best Practices 2 - Approved course CS4518: 3 hours (building) Top Defects in Wood Frame Construction 3 - Approved course CS4519: 2 hours (building) NC Crawlspace Requirements 4 - Code amendments Booklet 5 - Lunch will be provided for our in person class members **PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE AN INSPECTOR WHO ALSO HOLDS A GC LICENSE, PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S CE CLASS. YOU'LL NEED TO INPUT YOUR NCDOI IDENTIFICATION NUMBER DURING CHECK OUT. YOUR CE WILL BE UPLOADED TO THE NCDOI AS WELL AS THE NCLBGC.** Registration begins at 7:30 AM and class will end at 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch break and 10 minute breaks every 50 minutes. Upon completion of the class, students will be emailed a Certificate of Completion and all credit hours will be reported to the board.
